We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Mechanical Drafter to support advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) requirements across USSTRATCOM facilities. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate digital representations of mechanical systems that support mission-critical infrastructure. As a BIM Mechanical Drafter, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating BIM models, conducting site verification, and ensuring that mechanical system drawings and documentation reflect real-work conditions. You will support facility upgrades, maintenance planning, and renovation projects by providing precise BIM data essential for engineering and operational decisions. This position is contingent upon the award of the contract, expected period of performance from 2026-2031.
