About The Position
The BIM Manager leads Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, workflows, and best practices across project teams. This role supports engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project and company standards. This position is ideal for a BIM professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership, training, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience managing BIM standards in a project-driven environment
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM setup, templates, and standards across projects
- Support teams with BIM workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Manage Revit content including families, templates, and libraries
- Ensure models meet project requirements and quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to improve BIM consistency and adoption
