We are seeking an experienced BIM & Digital Delivery Manager with a strong AECO background to support high-profile client engagements. This role requires a client-facing leader who can bridge architecture, construction workflows, and digital technology implementation. Particularly within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The ideal candidate combines technical BIM expertise, ACC administration experience, project delivery leadership, and the ability to train and mentor teams while enforcing standards across consultants and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Owner-side digital delivery
  • Deep knowledge of BIM protocols, standards, and execution planning
  • Strong Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) administration experience
  • Experience managing digital delivery across multi-family, commercial, and residential projects
  • Proven experience leading BIM coordination meetings and consultant workshops
  • Strong understanding of model health, quality control, and coordination workflows
  • Experience bridging architecture, construction operations, and technical implementation
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving as BIM Manager or Digital Delivery Lead
  • Background in visual programming (e.g., Dynamo) and visualization tools
  • Experience transitioning firms to ACC Build platform
  • Experience developing enterprise-level BIM standards

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client-facing Architectural Solutions Consultant with strong communication and leadership capability
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and participate in ongoing contractor and consultant coordination meetings
  • Represent the firm at OAC meetings and planning board sessions as needed
  • Manage project schedules across large multi-family, commercial, and residential developments
  • Research and define optimal project workflows and delivery strategies from project start through closeout
  • Act as Owner's Representative for BIM program oversight when required
  • Administer ACC including CDE setup, permissions, workflows, issue management, and integrations
  • Lead development and documentation of workflows transitioning to ACC Build platform
  • Coordinate consultant team standards within a shared Common Data Environment
  • Oversee information exchange requirements and closeout workflows
  • Manage assets across multiple applications
  • Modify and manage software deployments and conduct pilot/testing programs
  • Develop, audit, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
  • Facilitate and maintain use of AIA exhibits E203, G201, and G202
  • Establish minimum BIM criteria and strategic BIM goals
  • Redefine and implement BIM documentation standards
  • Perform Tier 1 & Tier 2 model quality reviews (model segregation, coordinates, in-place families, CAD links, etc.)
  • Coordinate submission standards to minimize redundancy and project contingency
  • Produce and coordinate drawing documents for entitlement and construction documentation
  • Develop company-wide templates, content, and digital protocols
  • Lead internal and external BIM coordination meetings and workshops
  • Direct consultant teams to develop and adhere to project standards
  • Enforce coordination and execution standards across multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage digital delivery oversight to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Deliver custom training programs for internal teams
  • Serve as a mentor through team reviews and one-on-one coaching
  • Train and educate staff in BIM technologies and ACC best practices
  • Assist in content development, rollout, and adoption strategies
  • Develop expertise in visual programming and visualization technologies
  • Troubleshoot design technology platform issues
