About The Position
Work alongside Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to execute full construction low voltage drawings set packages to architects and clients. Plan, design, and administer low voltage commercial design projects for clients. Apply knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing/procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems to projects. Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents. Coordinate and integrate engineering elements into designs for client review & permitting approvals. Produces construction documents in Revit, BIM360, Enscape, CAD, Etc. Work together with a team and individually. Work in tandem with highly collaborative multidisciplinary design teams. Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications. Have knowledge of designing BIM cabling infrastructure systems, wireless systems, audio/visual systems, and electronic security systems, and coordinating pathways, spaces, and MEP systems that support them. REVIT document control and changes throughout the project lifecycle, i.e. systems commissioning.
