About The Position
We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing contract documents, developing 3D BIM models, and managing various aspects of model layout and coordination.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling.
- Solid understanding of architecture and construction documents.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in architectural drafting or related field.
- Experience with Revit.
- 3+ years of experience with BIM modeling.
Responsibilities
- Review contract documents to provide bid estimates.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations to develop detailed submittal drawings.
- Develop 3D BIM models for structures, building components, cladding, or panel facades.
- Manage all aspects of model layout, input, coordination, submittal drawing creation, and as-built documentation for assigned projects.
- Train a team of Revit modelers.
