About The Position

Join a globally recognized engineering firm at the forefront of digital infrastructure design. We are seeking three BIM Designers at varying experience levels to support high-impact infrastructure projects across New York City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to transformative public works. As a BIM Designer, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D models and 2D drawings, supporting BIM workflows, and assisting with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs. You'll work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and digital delivery across multiple infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, Bentley, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field (for Senior-Level)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Bentley and Autodesk platforms
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design precision
• Support BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs
• Ensure model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to digital delivery strategies
