About The Position

Cleveland Construction is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team to assist with implementing BIM technology. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
• Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Construction/Architecture or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• 3+ years in AEC Industry
• BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology

Nice To Haves

• Procore/Autodesk knowledge preferred
• Basic knowledge of uploading and managing web-based document storage

Responsibilities

• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
• Conduct cash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage or similar product
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
• Early design review and constructability analysis
• Manage/Update BIM Project Documents
• 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
• 4D Scheduling/Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
