Generally responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple projects. The role involves close coordination with project teams and clients to ensure efficient, accurate model setup, management, and delivery. This work will be performed under general supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Set up and manage projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) throughout the lifetime of a project for all disciplines. Develop and maintain title blocks, parameters, and model standards. Coordinate models and scan links across disciplines. Perform daily model management, including creating Navisworks coordination models. Conduct model reviews and clash detection. Oversee model turnover and documentation at project milestones. Support project managers and clients with BIM-related needs. Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently. Work on multiple projects at the same time. Own communication between the different disciplines, (Piping, Electrical, Ducting, Architectural, Structural) for all aspects of routing coordination. Provide modeling / software guidance and troubleshooting support for discipline designers for respective Hargrove locations
