About The Position
The Billing Team Lead at Mitratech is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and provisioning of customer accounts. This role involves reviewing customer contracts, collaborating with various teams, and managing escalations while maintaining strong relationships across the organization. The position requires a hands-on approach to improve internal processes and oversee the migration to Salesforce Billing software, all while supporting the revenue management team with reports and analysis.
