We’re seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee private duty billing operations for Lifespace Personal Services . In this role, you’ll manage billing accuracy, guide our billing specialists, and serve as the key connection between community leaders and support center finance — helping ensure financial stability and exceptional service. What You’ll Do Perform private duty billing using Aaniie and PointClickCare systems. Supervise and mentor the LPS Billing Specialist, providing training and performance feedback. Monitor aged accounts and communicate issues to leadership. Collaborate with LPS Directors and Administrators to resolve billing inquiries. Participate in monthly A/R meetings to review collections and payments. Support month-end close through data imports and reporting. Maintain accuracy and clarity in billing, including first-of-month invoicing. What You’ll Bring Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related preferred. Minimum 4 years of billing experience in private duty home health or similar healthcare setting. Proficiency in Aaniie, PointClickCare, or similar billing systems.
