Responsible for the supervision of non - exempt billing personnel to ensure departmental standards are achieved. Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy of data and customer service to Quest patients and clients. Responsible for employee hiring, training, development, disciplinary actions, review and ensuring productivity and quality standards are achieved. Accountable to ensure all staff adhere to Quest integrity and compliance standards. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
