The Billing Specialist processes claims electronically to insurance carriers, mails claims to carriers when required, and works all billing vendor edits including daily unbilled reports. This role is responsible for posting correct late charges to accounts and communicating any charge-related issues to the Charge Master Manager/Analyst.
