About The Position
Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer bills and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner. This includes assisting with all daily and month-end billing functions, procedures, and reporting. You will provide excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, medical providers, and insurance carriers. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus after successful employment for 90 days. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic and integrity, with the ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor. You should be able to think strategically and plan effectively, while also being a team player who can work collaboratively with all team members. Problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to analyze causes and resolve issues at a functional level.
