About The Position

As a Billing Clerk at Tradebe, you'll play an important role in keeping our billing process accurate and on track. You'll help enter customer and billing information, check for any issues, and make sure invoices are completed and sent out properly. This job is perfect for someone who's organized, pays close attention to details, and enjoys working with both numbers and people. You'll work with different team members to make sure our customers get the right invoices in the right format—on time, every time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree in accounting or a related field is a plus!).
• Great attention to detail and a drive to get things right.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude—you're comfortable working alone or with others.
• Enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Bonus points if you've used SAP before!

Responsibilities

• Keeping an eye on customer orders in SAP to know when they're ready to be invoiced.
• Monitoring emails for billing requests and draft invoices (proformas) that need to be processed.
• Working with team members to review and fix any billing issues before finalizing.
• Combining multiple orders for customers when needed and following special instructions.
• Posting final invoices, printing any required documents, and sending everything out the way the customer prefers—either electronically or by mail.
• Preparing paper invoice packages for mailing.
• Pitching in with other billing tasks as needed.
