About The Position

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Billing Specialist opportunity at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR . The regular hours for this position are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Some billing experience required

High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
Performs the scheduling function for each case
Through LIS enter demographics and customer information
Print preference notes matching to case.
Move case into production area.
Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
Answer all incoming calls
Respond to all inquiries from customer’s office
Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member
Route delivery when needed
All other duties as assigned.
