Requirements

High school diploma
1 plus years of experience in construction billing, accounts receivable, construction AIA forms, schedule of values (SOV) and construction values or project-based billing experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of construction billing practices, including progress billing, cost tracking, and change orders
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally departments and clients
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
