Role Summary: The Billing Specialist is responsible for payment and all aspects of RCM. This position is the main contact for patients regarding outstanding balances, and outstanding insurance payments as well as the contact for clinics regarding billing questions or concerns. They play a pivotal role in providing feedback to the clinics to promote a more efficient RCM process with more timely payments.
