Venture Fuels, a portfolio company of Nesnah Ventures, is hiring a Billing Specialist to generate customer invoices, resolve discrepancies from our vendors, and aid in other administrative duties as needed. Requirements

High School Diploma and minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
Microsoft Office experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work as a team and meet deadlines
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Analyze sales invoices for accuracy
Request and process paperwork for invoicing
Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices and credit card settlements
Call customers to obtain inventory levels and track contract quantities
