We are searching for an Accounts Receivables/Billing Specialist to join our team at Vantage Elevation. Requirements

3+ years Billing or similar level of accounting education & experience.
Experience in Billing
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and general accounting systems.
Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Works well with others and able to follow instructions

Responsibilities

Generate, prepare, and send accurate invoices to clients.
Calculates, reviews, and processes freight charges for shipments, ensuring accuracy between carrier invoices, customer contracts, and shipping documentation
Work actively with customers and other departments to provide invoices and statements on accounts.
Update customer accounts along with setting up new customer accounts.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
