Proskauer is seeking a Billing Specialist to execute the client administrative process, including engagement management, client intake, billing, collections, reporting and liaising with clients and partners. The Specialist will work closely with a Client Operation Supervisor (“Supervisor”) to support a group of partners and establish and execute an effective and customer focused full-service client processes, for the benefit of the Firm’s partners and clients. This is a high-profile role within the Firm and will require daily interactions with partners and clients. Consequently, a high level of personal confidence and professionalism is required.
