About The Position
This position plays a crucial role in the functioning of the billing department, encompassing essential tasks vital to its operation. The individual in this position evaluates patients' financial capacity upon admission, oversees billing activities related to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Commercial Insurance, processes all facility & professional claims throughout the revenue cycle, and facilitates Provider Enrollment/Revalidation processes for Medicare, Medicaid, & Commercial Insurance. Additionally, this role collaborates with the PSA II and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to compile data for Cost Report and DSH Survey submissions.
