About The Position
UT Southwestern Medical Center has a new employment opportunity available in the Revenue Cycle Department for the role of Billing Specialist II. Works under moderate supervision to perform intermediate level billing responsibilities. The duties for this position will include but not limited to the following: Review provider notes for correct billing, resolve charges, review warnings and edits, and maintain clear and thoughtful communication. The ideal candidate is a high producer and creative thinker who is supportive of providers. CPC certification is preferred. This position will work from home and candidates must live in the Greater DFW area. Additional details shall be discussed in detail during the interview process. Shift: 8-hour days, flex shift.
