About The Position

7 Air Cargo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing & Revenue Support Specialist to manage accurate and timely invoicing, billing reconciliation, and revenue operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer billing aligns with contractual terms, service documentation, and internal compliance standards while supporting cash flow and minimizing billing cycle delays. This role requires collaboration across operations, finance, and customer service teams in a fast-paced air cargo environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in finance, billing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable roles.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting or database systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue invoices for cargo handling, freight services, and operational charges in accordance with contracts and approved rates.
  • Validate billing data against supporting documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), manifests, service logs, and contracts.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing charges, or incorrect customer rates prior to invoicing.
  • Support accounts receivable by resolving unpaid invoices, customer inquiries, and billing disputes.
  • Maintain updated customer contracts, pricing, and billing terms.
  • Generate billing and revenue reports, review flight activity, and assist with month-end close activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, cargo handling, and customer service teams to proactively address billing issues and prevent customer dissatisfaction.
