The Billing Representative supports billing operations for the Cooperative and its subsidiary by maintaining accurate member and subscriber accounts and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of billing, payments, adjustments, and service orders for electric and fiber services. This position helps ensure billing accuracy, supports account maintenance, and provides internal support while maintaining compliance with Cooperative policies and regulatory requirements.
