Position Summary Billing Premium Consultant would be assigned to a dedicated book of business where they service the account and are responsible for Invoicing, following our delinquency process, reconciliations, process renewals, new case set up, and monthly financial reporting.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of billing or financial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and problem solve.
• Good listener with the ability and confidence to interact effectively with both internal and external contacts.

Nice To Haves

• Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication as well as analytical skills preferred.
• Financial/Accounting experience a plus.
