We are based in Rockford MN, 15 miles west of Plymouth on Hwy 55.   • Collect on Aged Receivables
  • Process payments and Drive Collections on Aged Receivables: Handle customer payments promptly and accurately while proactively monitor and collect outstanding balances using all available tools and resources.
  • Stay Ahead of Past Due Accounts: Issue past-due and reminder notices to keep accounts current.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Remain available to assist members promptly.
  • Maintain Accurate Payment Records: Update card information, process funds, and ensure account integrity.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain consistent, professional practices when handling delinquent accounts.
  • Communicate Effectively: Correspond with customers and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Coordinate Service Actions: Order and manage disconnects/reconnects as needed to uphold service standards.
  • Oversee Multiple Entities: Manage aging, collections, and payment contacts for both WH and WH Holding businesses.
  • Handle Sensitive Cases: Process bankruptcies with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Billing
  • Keep Things Current: Update addresses, statements, and hotline info so everything stays fresh and accurate.
  • Own the Payment Flow: Handle daily payments like a pro—drafts, lockbox, cash, EFT, and credit cards.
  • Spread the Good Vibes: Process credit refunds and prep member/customer lists for authorization.
  • PDF Power: Process statements with precision and speed.
  • Crunch the Numbers: Analyze and prep bill calculations
  • Plan Like a Boss: Create monthly calendars for billing and collections that keep the team in sync.
  • Show Off Your Work: Prepare board reports that shine.
  • Support The Finance Team
  • Be a Team Player: Jump in to assist other teams whenever your supervisor calls on you.
  • Reporting Rockstar: Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports with confidence and clarity.

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Credit & Collection training or equivalent work experience
  • Billing knowledge
  • Comfortable with High-Volume Administrative Tasks
