About The Position
Integrated Sleep Care is seeking a Billing Manager to lead and optimize our revenue cycle operations. If you know how to drive collections, reduce denials, and lead a high-performing billing team, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of medical billing experience (sleep or specialty preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Experience with EHR and billing systems
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full revenue cycle from intake to payment
- Monitor claims, A/R, and reimbursement performance
- Ensure accurate coding for sleep studies and related services
- Manage insurance claims, denials, and prior authorizations
- Lead and develop billing staff
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Track key metrics and drive process improvements
