About The Position

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Department Analyst to join our team. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Review invoices, verify billing codes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues with vendors and clients.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing and collections.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve billing processes and efficiency.
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners regarding billing matters.
