About The Position

As a Billing & Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a positive and professional experience with every interaction. This onsite role supports daily operations by handling inbound inquiries, scheduling services, and assisting with basic billing and account-related questions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and web inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments for technicians and the sales team
  • Provide information to prospective customers and assist with setting up new services
  • Enter accurate service notes and customer details into company systems
  • Assist customers with basic billing inquiries, including reviewing charges, processing payments, and updating account information
  • Support simple account updates such as contact information and payment methods
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
