About The Position
The position is responsible for the billing, collecting, and working of accounts from all payor types, including patients and residents, until resolution. The role involves completing all necessary insurance claim requirements, following up on unpaid claims, and handling inquiries regarding accounts to provide satisfactory explanations of patient/resident charges and account status.
