Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Strong math and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fully in-office role based in Charlotte, NC

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a business office, magazine publishing, or advertising agency environment is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain advertising insertion orders, space contracts, verbal orders, and adjustments with a high degree of accuracy
  • Collect, organize, and manage advertising data to support sales forecasting, budgeting, commissions, and invoicing
  • Reconcile and verify advertising information across advertisers, agencies, sales teams, production, and financial departments
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Respond to inquiries from sales, production, AIS Support, and finance teams, providing timely and accurate information and reports
  • Support invoicing processes by closing issues in Adpoint/SalesForce, including final reconciliation of ads and editorial paging
  • Perform administrative and operational support tasks for the AISNY/CBS team as needed
