About The Position

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating receipt of and reviewing Community Based Provider (CBP) subcontractor client data for accuracy and entering and retrieving data from/to the PRCS email depository and PRCS PSP database as needed for the purpose of reconciliation, invoicing, and billing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher education is preferred.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets.
  • Data entry experience and ability to type 45 wpm.
  • Experience with ARMS highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly modality invoices and forward to CBPs for approval.
  • Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies identified in invoices.
  • Ensure invoices and supplemental required reports are submitted to HR360 and CDCR personnel within deadlines.
  • Generate annual client service count reports as needed.
  • Track and monitor contract budget and create projections for fiscal year expenditures.
  • Act as liaison between the Fiscal department, STOP, CBPs, and CDCR to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Ongoing review of CBP's subcontractor client data in ARMS for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with CBPs and internal departments to resolve discrepancies identified in client data.
  • Maintain ongoing client lists for reference and tracking.
  • Track and manage funding source allocations as required by CDCR.
  • Produce monthly client and CBP related reports for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) using the ARMS database.
  • Provide reports to other staff and management regarding inaccurate and/or missing data.
  • Assist in overseeing ARMS Data Coordinator and Data Assurance Coordinator duties to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all incoming and outgoing client data.
  • Act as backup for Incident Reporting and other data-related roles as needed.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training.
  • Complete assigned training in a timely manner.
