Join Fish’s Minneapolis team in our fast-paced Accounting Department as a Billing Coordinator - Temporary (Minneapolis, MN - Remote) . How Will You Make a Difference? Accurately process client invoices by following specific client billing guidelines. Perform quality control reviews of all finalized invoices in your portfolio prior to delivery to the client. Ensure timely mailing of invoices for both routine and complex billing arrangements. Support attorney's portfolio by working directly with attorneys and clients. What Will You Bring to the Table? Experience as a Billing Coordinator in a high volume legal or professional service environment is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional matter when dealing with all levels of legal, management and support staff. Ability to change and adapt to responsibilities and circumstances. Experience working with Aderant (or other law firm billing software) is preferred. Ability to work as a temporary employee (this is a 30-day assignment). This position is fully remote in MN. Why Fish? In Minneapolis, the estimated pay range is $28.02 - $34.29 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $54,646 - $66,870 annually. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location.
