About The Position
The Billing & Collections Supervisor at LBH Partners is responsible for overseeing the Revenue Cycle Associates in their billing and collections activities. This role involves managing claims submissions, resolving rejections and denials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations. The supervisor will analyze billing data, maintain payer relationships, and work towards maximizing recoveries on accounts receivables while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
