Track and record fuel and other products through SmartLogix and SAP to create invoices to SCRI customers Create and maintain excel spreadsheets Create Sales Orders Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve discrepancies and/or missing information Respond to emails Receive telephone calls, and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner Generate accurate daily reports in a timely fashion Work in multiple programs Research to resolve open orders, un-billed liabilities, and paperwork issues Other tasks and projects assigned by manager
