Requirements

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Possess efficient data entry skills
• Good work history and attendance
• Team Player with good communication skills
• Good telephone etiquette skills
• Possess a professional attitude/conduct
• Must be open to night shift hours and weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 25lbs
• Attention to detail is important
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Communicating directly with KC Sales office, Liberal Shipping departments and Security Guards
• Organizing paperwork for the billing process
• Processing government documents
• Understanding billing and customer invoicing process to generate accurate paperwork
• Timely distribution of paperwork to various departments
• Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information
• Other duties as assigned
