The Billing Clerk position at Robert Half is designed for a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing for clients. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process accurate invoices for clients and customers
  • Review and verify billing data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts

  • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to ensure proper account reconciliation
  • Support month-end closing activities related to billing and invoicing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Proven experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with billing software is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
