  • Monitor customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments and resolving any discrepancies in billing records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all billing information is received on time and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports highlighting any major variances or billing issues.
