About The Position

The position involves providing administrative support to the office/administrative manager, branch manager, and sales team, as well as assisting with counter sales when necessary. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous telephone and visitor reception as required.
  • Restock office supply closet and order business cards as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department.
  • Process and file invoices, purchase orders, and accompanying documents.
  • Invoice closed jobs, investigating leases and returns for missing equipment.
  • Mail out invoices and/or tally sheets in a timely fashion.
  • Assist the front counter with sales when needed, including taking orders from customers and documenting these orders with necessary paperwork.
  • Enter hours for E&D in time & attendance system.
  • Enter hours in spreadsheet for contract labor.
  • Undertake other duties or special tasks as assigned by the Office Administrative Manager or Branch Manager.
