About The Position

The Billing and Membership Analyst at Summa Health is responsible for developing, implementing, performing, and reconciling transactions in the claims system and related vendor systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintains knowledge of legislation affecting enrollment, eligibility, and premium billing functions. The position is entry-level and offers a flexible PRN schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in eligibility processing, auditing records, and data processing.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent proofreading and communication skills.

• Experience with customer service or claims software applications.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and reconcile transactions in the claims system and vendor systems.
