Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA). Your Future Team As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the accurate termination of accounts related to advisory fee billing. You will report to the Manager, while also working closely with an analyst and a senior analyst. You will play a pivotal role in executing processes and protocol, while working closely with other departments, as well as cross-functionally to execute the team’s goals. Together, this team will support ongoing reporting & analysis, account terminations, integration activities, and servicing advisor teams with billing-related inquiries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related field experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel
You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

Support the processing of account terminations by ensuring accurate, timely calculation and execution of client fees and refunds
Communicate and collaborate effectively with advisor teams to ensure alignment and support across the termination and billing process.
Address advisor team billing inquiries and deliver prompt, accurate resolutions.
Retrieve, organize, and consolidate monthly reports from primary custodians to streamline data review.
Monitor, document, and authorize a workflow changes associated with fee adjustments
Support project-based initiatives by ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout all phases of the project.
Assist in governing, adhering, and reporting on internal controls and procedures to maintain regulatory standards, ensure compliance, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors. Track and support remediation.

Base salary of $70,000- $80,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
