As a Billing Administrator at Schindler, you will provide essential administrative support for all billing teams. Your responsibilities will include scanning, signing, notarizing, and sorting invoices, as well as processing mail and managing the Billing Inquiry box. You will also monitor bot-automation errors, manage billing return mail processes, and assist with special projects related to billing account reconciliation. Additionally, you will support the NIMOD Team with portal monitoring and maintain a list of billers in SAP. Your role will involve creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training materials, ensuring process compliance, and communicating interdepartmentally to achieve financial results. Some travel may be required.
