The Billing Admin will compile, compute, and record billing, accounting, statistical, and other numerical data for billing purposes, and prepare billing invoices for services rendered or for delivery or shipment of goods.

Requirements

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience or equivalent combinations of experience, training and/or education in Payroll, Timekeeping or Banking
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
  • Must be self-directed and detail oriented
  • Must be able to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
  • Confidentiality is Mandatory
  • Job site "Personal Protective Equipment" (hearing protection, safety glasses, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.) required when in shop/yard areas.
  • Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the company Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
  • Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with clients/customers for billing purposes
  • compiles billing data, enters data, and reconciles errors, to maintain records, utilizing spreadsheets and word processing applications
