• Construction experience

Responsibilities

• Reviewing workorders and updating them to our accounting software
• Preparation of customer invoices
• Managing customer invoice portals
• Supporting with customer collections via email and sometimes calls - roughly 10 a day (larger)
• Supporting with our vendor setup process
• Other as needed tasks depending on the Project Accountants they are providing support to
