Charter Steel, located in Saukville, WI is hiring a night shift Billet Conditioner. Role Available: Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop): A fast-paced role that requires the use of torches, jackhammers, crane and forklift operations. Production Team Members: Starting Pay is $23.50/ hour PLUS $2.25/ hour night shift premium = $25.75/ hour $2,000 Hiring bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment We pay weekly! 12 hour shifts- 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off! Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you do not have it, we will require that you enroll in our GED Works program.
- Ability to learn quickly and enjoys working with hands
- Great teamwork skills and demonstrated strong attendance
- Great attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand full shift; some roles require ability to work in hot environment
