About The Position

This position is responsible for completing on a daily basis, the billing and/or rebilling of primary and secondary claims in accordance with commercial payor requirements, most accurately and timely. The role follows billing department policy and procedures, maintains quality reviews and daily productivity scores. The biller's overall output is directly related to achieving or exceeding the established goals to include A/R Days, Cash Collection, Billing WIP, Bad Debt, Denial Recovery Percentages, Charity, and other metrics assigned by Senior Leadership while adhering to Compliance Regulations. This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Employees in this role must reside in one of the following states to be considered for fully remote positions: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Requirements

• One year in a healthcare setting.
