About The Position

Manager, Bill to Cash PH/RAD is responsible for providing operational support, subject matter mastery, business/country-specific process expertise, and business unit focus in one or more parts of the core Bill to Cash (B2C) business processes of Credit, Collections, Deductions, Returns and Disputes for Bayer's US healthcare businesses.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate proficiency and have specific knowledge and experience in financial and operational analysis.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in internal control systems and processes, business analysis, process improvement and core transactional tools and concepts.
• Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world class results across a complex network of partners, providers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated aptitude and experience successfully reporting and summarizing business results.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and follow through on process improvement opportunities.
• Advanced capability in core transactional systems and tools such as SAP, FSCM and MS Office suite.

• Bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant experience; preferably at Bayer or within Top Tier Healthcare Company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-country point person and first level troubleshooting/issue-resolution for 3rd party vendors on process escalations.
• Serve as liaison between Bayer/Accenture, other 3rd party platforms, and various BU partners.
• Act on and resolve issues as needed, quickly and efficiently, while identifying and resolving root causes.
• Build analytical reporting/dashboards to enhance business decision making, monitoring, and forecasting capabilities.
• Manage the relationship with the Accenture teams and build strong working relationships with the OneTeam mindset.
• Manage escalations for Accenture Chargeback Management.
• Manage and be accountable for PH RAD Dispute and Chargeback metrics and KPIs including Returns platform.
• Analyze data sets and support O2C operations, Senior Manager Credit Risk and B2C, and Director of Finance NA.
• Manage new product/service rollouts with BU Senior Leaders to anticipate and provide proactive solutions for possible credit and B2C issues.
• Interpret and highlight for the business core KPIs, Deduction Balances and cycle times, root cause metrics, DSO, Collections, PH write offs/bad debt, policy compliance, Disputes, and other core metrics.
• Collaboratively work with the Director of Finance NA, Sr. Mgr. Credit & Risk Mgmt team to drive operational process support across B2C areas.
• Build monthly reporting for BU partners and identify and build efficiencies in O2C platform.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Bayer's US Healthcare B2C Operations and ensure compliance with ICS guidelines.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager Credit Risk and B2C to drive compliance and resolve audit topics.
• Drive team projects collaboratively with internal stakeholders, US O2C business teams, Commercial operations, Global, Bayer India/Accenture.
• Lead and manage Local and Global major functional and cross-functional business initiatives for cost reductions, cash flow improvements, operational platform enhancements.
• Drive Analytical and reporting enhancements to drive efficiencies and work cross collaboratively with Center Of Excellence and Data Analytics team.
