About The Position
The Bill Review Analyst Team Lead plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the bill review team. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical bills, providing guidance and training to team members, and serving as a key liaison between staff and leadership. The Team Lead will also assist with quality assurance, process improvements, and act as a backup to the supervisor when needed. This is primarily a remote role, candidate must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina. Candidate must be able to commute to our central Charlotte, NC office as needed for in-person meetings and be willing to travel offsite to client locations.
