Requirements

Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary - AT&T experience highly desirable
Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by warmly engaging with customers to fully understand their needs.
Expertly guide our customers through the transaction process in a professional manner that allows you to build strong relationships.
Attain and exceed sales goals by properly using your AT&T sales training on the showroom with customers, executing our outbound sales activities and mastering AT&T promotions.
Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom.
Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Representative.
