About The Position

The Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations for a fiber cement siding manufacturer in Laredo, Texas. The supervisor will ensure smooth product movement, manage inventory reconciliation, and assist in daily distribution management activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Possess a forklift operator certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of SAP formats and systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and time management skills.

• Experience working around lumber and other building materials/products.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating all warehouse operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient product movement.
• Reconciling inventory between physical counts and SAP ERP software, analyzing stock levels for potential shortages or excesses.
• Assisting distribution management in daily inventory movement activities and preparing essential reports for FIFO dispatching.
